This was the recipe to be used in the 2005 Kids Kooking Kontest.

| Ingredients |
|
1 1/2 cups flour
|
1 cup sugar
|
1 teaspoon baking soda
|
1/2 cup chopped nuts
|
2 eggs
|
1 teaspoon vanilla
|
1/2 cup butter, softened
|
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
|
2 cups Maine Wild Blueberries
|

| Directions: |
|
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in bananas. Fold in Maine Wild Blueberries. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes until done. |
