Our winter storage program is based on a first come-first serve basis. We do not reserve spaces, nor do we show preference to people that have stored with us in the past.
Please Contact us to schedule your drop-off for one of the designated days. One of our Trustees will meet you at our Front Gate Office (Building #1). We will obtain a signed copy of the contract, and your payment. From here, you will be sent to the storage area, where another trustee will help you park.
**Note: we are no longer storing in Exhibition Hall due to the age, and materials of the structure.
Appointments other than the Sunday dates are available upon request!
We now take credit cards!

Please bring a signed copy of the contract with you, being sure to initial the bullet points
in the center of the contract.
(Checks payable to Union Fair Society)
Rates are per season (Oct 1 - April 30) and are based on overall length, rounded up to the nearest foot of equipment, including trailer tongue and boat motor.
Pick up
If you are the last vehicle in, please make arrangements to have the vehicle removed by early April.
Once your vehicle is no longer blocked, we will be in contact with you.
We are required to have ALL buildings cleared as of April 30, as we have off-season facility rentals starting May 1.
